Our typical services include traditional architectural services that stretch from site selection, project definition design, working drawings and inspection during construction. We also regularly provide services to property managers which includes building lease area certification, lease clause review, building condition reports and pre-purchase inspections. We consider it important to be acutely aware of building management realities as this impacts upon key decisions during the design & construction phase.

Our Office
Located at 824 Meath Street. Built in 1987, our building was the first architecture office in Ottawa designed by architects, for architects.
