Canadian Space Agency - Master Plan

Project Overview

The Canadian Space Agency ‘David Florida Laboratory’ current building has evolved reactively since 1972 through multiple additions. Result has been disorganized circulation and building performance issues. There is anticipated increased demand for testing facilities. There is current pressure for additional office space. Three solutions are contemplated:

Option 1 • Expansion around Existing Building
Option 2 • Hybrid – gradual replacement of Existing Building functions
Option 3 • New Building on new site
