Technologist

Ying Chen is a Canadian trained Technologist in architecture. Before joining PR-TY she worked for another local architectural firm in Ottawa. Since 2018 she has acquired experience in completing working drawings for college and university renovation and commercial renovation projects. She has also participated in the preparation of construction administration documents as well as performing site inspection duties.

Ying is a member of the production team producing construction drawings for two elementary schools the Ottawa Catholic School Board. She is currently responsible for technical detailing, co-ordination, and Revit implementation.

Ying is skilled in both Revit and AutoCAD. She is fluently bilingual in Mandarin and English, with some knowledge of Japanese.

Ying graduated with a 3-year advanced Diploma in Architectural Technology from Fanshawe College in 2018.
