William G. Dunk is a Technologist and has worked with PR-TY since 2012. William has considerable experience developing detailed drawings for a broad range of building types including commercial, high technology office buildings, residential buildings, automobile dealerships, elementary schools specializing in technically complex additions and renovations.

Some of Will’s notable projects include 66 Slater Street Office Building Elevator, Lobby, Washroom, Exterior Renovations and Fit-Ups (2015-2017), Richard O. Pickard Environmental Centre HVAC Upgrades - Industrial (2015-2018), St. John High School Renovations Perth (2016), Notre Dame High School Renovations Carleton Place (2016), St. Paul High School Stage Floor Renovations (2019), Surgenor Hyundai St. Laurent Image Upgrades (2019), Academie Catholique Ange-Gabriel Interior Renovations Brockville  (2019), Tagwi Secondary School Renovations Avonmore (Phase One 2018 and Phase Two 2019)

Will is responsible for assisting the project production team with larger projects. He carries out smaller to medium size projects independently. He is responsible for the management and co-ordination of a multi-disciplinary design team in a support role to the project Architect. As project captain he is involved in the early stages of the project, he prepares schedules and ensures that the design concept is maintained and enhanced during the CADD generated construction documentation stage. During the construction stage Will provides clarification, shop drawing reviews, and updates construction documents to reflect as-built conditions. In his multiple roles, Will is available to the client’s representative at all times.

He has strong Autocad Drafting skills, and has experience with Sketchup, Revit 3d modelling Software as well as Microsoft Office. 

Will is currently the Health and Safety Officer for PR•TY. He is passionate about sustainability issues and green architecture.

William graduated with a Diploma in Architectural Technology from Algonquin College in 2011.
